The Level 7 CIPD Advanced Diploma, set at postgraduate level, is perfect for developing an advanced understanding of People Management and HR principles. It takes, on average, 18 to 24 months to complete.

Assessments

Aside from being aged 21 or over, there aren’t any formal entry requirements for this course. However, the CIPD Level 7 Diploma is a postgraduate-level qualification, so you should be ready to study at this level. (Although you don't need a degree or university experience to enrol!) You should also be able to meet the requirements of the learning outcomes, and have the literacy and numeracy skills needed to complete the course.

After successfully completing your CIPD Level 7 Diploma, you will be a CIPD Associate Member, and have the opportunity to apply for prestigious CIPD Chartered Membership. Achieving this qualification will help you progress to strategic senior roles and become a leading expert in the industry.
