Description

The Level 5 CMI Management and Leadership Programme has 3 levels: Award, Certificate and Diploma.

These qualifications are designed for practising middle managers and leaders at operations, division, departmental or specialist level, who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. Equip yourself to lead teams effectively and achieve organisational goals aligned with strategy.

In this CMI Level 5 Certificate Management and Leadership Learners must complete any combination of units to a minimum of 130 TUT hours, 13 credits to achieve this qualification.

Roles and responsibilities may include but are not limited to developing teams and individuals, creating operational plans, planning and managing projects, managing change, managing finance and resources, identifying new approaches to business activities, managing quality and continuous improvement, and managing the human resources function.

The qualifications have been designed for practising or aspiring managers in roles such as:

  • Operations Manager
  • Divisional Manager
  • Departmental Manager
  • Regional Manager
  • Specialist Manager

This qualification at RQF Level 5 is academically equivalent to studying at a Foundation Degree and Higher National Diploma (HND) level.

To achieve this CMI Level 5 Certificate Management and Leadership qualification, learners must complete a combination of two units to a minimum of 13 credits, 130 TUT hours.
