The Level 6 qualifications in Management and Leadership is suitable for current serving Armed Forces personnel and for those transitioning to the civilian workplace who are practising or aspiring senior managers, wishing to develop professional management and leadership practice.

The primary role of a practising or aspiring manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams, enabling them to deliver aims and objectives in line with organisational strategy.

Whilst the CMI do not have specific entry requirements for this qualification we as a centre would hope that learners would have at least a level 3 qualification and a good understanding of the written requirements at level 6 or have the transferrable leadership skills from their service career.

Ideally you need to be working within or aspiring to work in an organisation or role where you can demonstrate skills and apply knowledge. Alternatively, you could draw on previous experience within the Armed Forces or use an organisation you are familiar with.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol on this course.
