The CMI Level 7 Certificate in Management & Leadership Practice is made up of six possible modules. You’ll choose a combination of modules to study totalling a minimum of 140 learning hours.

The modules you can learn from include:

  • Strategic Leadership (110 hours)
  • Developing Organisational Strategy (90 hours)
  • Leading Strategic Change (80 hours)
  • Organisational Design and Development (80 hours)
  • Strategic Management of Data and Information (80 hours)
  • Personal and Professional Development for Strategic Leadership (90 hours)

You will also complete written assignments of 3500-4500 words for each module you study.
