10:00 - 10:30 Best practice. The golden rules to writing an outstanding email.
10:30 - 11:00 Verbal communication skills. The challenge of misinterpretation.
11:30 - 12:00 What have we learnt? Opportunity to respond in teams to explosive emails and compose a response that resolves.
