A business plan is an official statement of the business objectives, the reasons they are achievable, and plans to accomplish them. It may also include the background information related to the business or team doing effort to accomplish those goals.

Business plan plays a vital role to keep up the health of your business. It is a printed description of your business's prospect which describes what you plan and how you plan to secure your business activities.

Business plans is useful to perform a number of tasks such as they are helpful for investment-seeking entrepreneurs to express their vision to prospective investors. They are also helpful for firms to attract the key employees, vision for new production, agreement with suppliers and to develop the position exiting of the companies.

This unit provides a comprehensive overview of the business plan along with a general business plan framework and the rules of writing.
