Agents whether at the Airport or Travel Agency staff are always needed to book flight tickets, exchange or refund or even revalidate fares especially with the constant changes in the industry.

You will be trained on a simulated system that replicas that used in the industry and provides realistic displays and responses when making reservations for flights, hotels, car or rail service or checking in passengers at airports.

While training on the systems, you will learn how to make reservations for example checking the availability for a flight on Thursday, the response will not only show the correct date, day of the week and will list Thursday flight schedules as well.

While you are studying on the course from time to time some global facts will appear regarding the destination. For example, every time you make an entry that requires the use of airport or city codes, interesting and usual facts about the city will be given. This not only provides useful worldwide facts increasing your knowledge of tourist destinations and attractions.
