A few short questions will be asked at the end of each section to refresh your memory and there will be a final ‘End of Course’ multiple choice quiz that will require you to answer a certain number of questions correctly to pass.

1. ‘An Introduction to Hotel Revenue Management’ is the opening module and the aim of this section is to offer a basic insight of hotel revenue management and what it entails. Performance indicators, demand calendars and market segmentation will be explained to guarantee you have all the knowledge you need!
2. ‘Price Management, The Customer and External Factors’ follows and price management will be explored in detail, where you will be taught how to price effectively. The customer will be looked at closely and how to make important decisions will be touched upon.
3. ‘Competitors, Stay Controls and Getting It Right’ is the final module and the course will supply handy techniques how to guarantee success in hotel revenue management. The subjects of stay controls, pickup analysis and competition will also be explained.
