To achieve the ICDL Level 2 qualifications, you will need to successfully complete the ICDL Online course. The course aims to improve your understanding of computers and the efficient and effective use of software. ICDL Online is an interactive course, and packed with exercises, opens up a variety of opportunities for you upon achievement of the qualification. In addition to broadening your knowledge and skills, the ICDL qualification is widely recognized by employers as proof that you have the skills and competence when working with IT. You will develop your knowledge, skills and understanding in performing tasks associated with the following units:

  1. Computer Essentials - IT User Fundamentals
  2. Online Essentials - Using Email and the Internet
  3. Security for IT Users
  4. Word Processing Software
  5. Spreadsheet Software
  6. Presentation Software
  7. Database Software

In addition to the online course, you will receive sample tests to prepare for your exams. Online Diagnostic tests are also available at a cost, if required. Exams are online.
