The 5 day ILSSI Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course trains managers and workers how to use Lean Six Sigma methods, tools and techniques to improve their business processes. The course also coaches the delegates how to lead small to medium sized process improvement projects using the DMAIC framework.

This course also includes a lifetime license of SigmaXL statistical analysis software which is also used as part of the class exercises (value of $299 per license).
Once you pass your exam you will be included in the ILSSI database and anyone can check your certification on the verification tool.
How is the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course assessed?
Your proficiency in Yellow Belt and Green Belt skills, knowledge, and competencies will undergo examination in accordance with the international accreditation body the International Lean Six Sigma Institute. The student will be officially registered to the ILSSI international public registry.

Day 2: Lean Principles and Tools / Root Cause Analysis and DMAIC
(Kaizen, Gemba, Kanban, Poka Yoke)
Day 3: Define Phase & Measure Phase
(Six Sigma Statistics, SigmaXL, Data Visualisation)
Day 4: Analyse Phase
(Risk Analysis, Correlations and Regression Analysis, Designed Experiments)
Day 5: Improve Phase & Control Phase
(Digital Transformation, Control Charts, Exam)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam Details:
To achieve this Lean Six Sigma qualification, students are required to pass two exams.
- The Yellow Belt exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and each question only has one correct answer. Time Allowed: 1 hour. Questions: 50.
- The Green Belt exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions and each question only has one correct answer. Time Allowed: 2 hours. Questions: 100.
- 1 free retake of each exam included in the price.
- Exam available in 8 languages, if you prefer to take the exam in another language, please let your trainer know.
- Lifetime certification NO hidden fees or recertification costs.
