Overview

Clinical Trial Professionals (CTPs) around the globe, require a high level of Personal Development Skills for planning, implementing, managing, monitoring and successfully completing all phases of lengthy worldwide Clinical Trials on time and within budget.

These talents include the capabilities to Communicate Effectively, Write Expressively, Present Fearlessly and Influence Persuasively.

CTPs, whether native or non-native English speakers, often need to interact clearly and confidently in English with multi-national project teams, colleagues, PIs (Principal Investigators), Sponsors and associates (internal and external) from global CRO’s (Contract Research Organisations), offices, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, universities and other sites.

In addition to language, regional accents and dialects, they face the challenges of working across time-zones, encountering unfamiliar cultures, behaviours, attitudes and values, as well as dealing with technical issues affecting remote/virtual communication.
