Overview

ISO 9001 (QMS) is the most popular ISO Standard and is therefore a good starting point for anyone new to auditing.

This entry level classroom course teaches the requirements of ISO 9001 and explains what a Quality Management System (QMS) is.

This course is offered on an in-house basis for a team of 4-10 people. We can come to you work location and teach your team on a date to suit you. Price is from £199 per person and a full quote can be supplied on request.

Is there an assessment?

Throughout the course delegates will be assessed on their general involvement and performance.

Will I receive a certificate?

After passing the course, a CQI IRCA certificate will be sent via the post.

What is included in the course fee?

All delegates will receive a training manual, online toolkit and certificates.

Who is this course for?

  • Anyone new to ISO Standards who wants to learn ISO 9001:2015
  • Existing auditors who require a refresher course
  • Those who need prior knowledge of ISO 9001 before studying Internal or Lead Auditor level.

Requirements

No prior knowledge of ISO 9001 is required.

Career path

After attending this course, students may choose to study ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. Alternatively, there is the option to learn how to audit other ISO Standards such as ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 45001 OH&S, ISO 27001 ISMS or ISO 13485.
