It’s a strategy used to meet our needs, both known and underlying, when someone else controls what we want. Discover a variety of tactics depending on the situation. We have five Negotiation Skills courses available in this series that focus on:
- Intro to negotiation and strategy
- Planning effective negotiations
- Opening win-win discussions
- Exploring win-win alternatives
- Reaching agreement and tactics
Each course averages 15 minutes to complete with a post assessment included for each course. The Application Activity forms will allow the participant to apply the learnings in their own scenario and environment.
Learning Outcomes:
On completion of this course/article candidates will be able to:
- Get introduced to negotiation and how to build your strategy, identify questions needing answers before negotiating, apply six planning tactics, apply five criteria for high-quality negotiations, apply steps for reaching agreement.
