The course covers Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels in the Arabic language . It’s important to remember that a Linguaphone Arabic course does not simply teach you Arabic words and phrases. The course is designed to teach you how the language works and how to use it effectively in any real life situation. So whether it’s for work or pleasure, Linguaphone will give you the confidence to speak Arabic freely and with flair.

Linguaphone Arabic Complete is a suitable course for anyone who wants to learn Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic) for the purpose of real-life communication, whatever their special interests may be. Don’t worry if you haven’t been studying for some time. It’s very easy to follow and geared to help you progress rapidly. There’s no pressure here. You’ll learn at your own pace and in your own time. English instructions are provided throughout the course so it’s a bit like having your own personal tutor.

  • A 250 page handbook which provides step-by step Arabic lesson plans, full grammatical explanations and fun activities.
  • A 174 page textbook – contains the printed and illustrated transcription of the CD/online recordings.
  • A 152 page Written Exercise book – for practising writing using the Arabic language taught in each lesson.
  • A 186 page Oral Exercise book – with spoken exercises to improve your accent and pronunciation.
  • A Study guide – contains full instructions of how to plan your study to get the most out of your Linguaphone Arabic course.
  • A 157 page Translation book – A romanised version and full English translation of the Arabic Textbook will assist with pronunciation and comprehension.
  • A 40 page Alphabet book – Explains how to read and write the letters of the Arabic alphabet.

The course is divided into separate levels. There is a revision scheme and regular self assessment tests to ensure you retain the new language as you progress through the course.
