There are many requirements that an employer considers regarding a member of staff who is working a care assistant or adult care worker, before deciding whether to promote that person to the position of a senior care or lead adult care worker. As we don't know anything about you, we cannot comment on whether this particular course can make you become a senior care worker or not.
