The EBMA Level 2 Diploma in Business and Management aims to equip learners with sound knowledge of the business environment, administrative procedures, customer care, policies and knowledge of how to succeed in business and administrative role. It assumes no prior knowledge of Business, Management or Administrative Skills, therefore, it provides an all-encompassing knowledge of the business environment, management skills, financial operations, customer care skills, and communication skills. EBMA Level 2 Diploma in Business and Management (40 credits) consists of:

Assessment is through practical assignments, with no exams - to more accurately reflect the real working environment.

Requirements

The minimum age to register for this programme is 18. Prospective students shoul d note that the following entrance qualifications are required for those wishing to undertake this programme:

  • Level 1 (or equivalent) or
  • Mature applicant with work experience and
  • IELTS 4.0 or CEFR level B1 (if applicable)
