- Care Act (2014) with subsequent amendments, and implications for
- CQC Fundamental Standards 2015
- Duty of Candour requirements
- Understanding principles of independent advocacy
- Understanding Audit Processes, including the updated Caldicott Report (2015)
- The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
- National Occupational Standards for benchmarking and updating CPD
- Implementing the requirements for Care and Support Plans
- Practical implications of the balance between risk assessment, risk-taking and rights and responsibilities
