Questions and answers
I have already completed the teacher training course. To teach Math/ Numeracy , can I start at level 3 or is it compulsory to start at Level 2
Answer:Hi Alte, you can start straight away at level 3! Thank you!
This was helpful. If I wanted to teach online but not do QTS would I be able to do this with this course alone. Also could I still do course with no functional maths
Answer:Hi David, this course is usually partnered with a full teaching qualification such as the L5DET - so it would be worth checking with the school on their requirements. You would still need functional numeracy as an entry requirement for this course, you can take a free short assessment on our platform if you do not already hold this!
This was helpful.I teach approximately 20 hours a week, but all of my sessions are 1:1.
Answer:Hi Ksydney, for your observations you will need to deliver a Maths session to a minimum of 3 learners. Thank you.
