Hi I would like to start this course, but don’t have level 1 English. Can I still start

Answer:

Yes you can start the course because you don't have to possess the Level 1 English qualification. You do have to be able to read, comprehend and write to English level 1 standard because while on the course you will have to read your learning materials and you will have to write your answers to your assignments.

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.
Klara asked:

Hi, could you tell me what is the full price of the course including all fees? Thank you

Answer:

Fees and costs are fully explained on the Course Information page that you are looking at. Please read the full Course Information provided. This level 4 qualification requires learners to be able to read and interpret information written in English, and you must demonstrate that ability by reading the course information provided.

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.
KaronC asked:

I completed Level 3 in Early Years Practitioner. Can I do this course and can this course be completed in less than 12 months

Answer:

Yes you can do the course. If you decide to progress to the full qualification, it can be completed in 12 months.

Wendy asked:

Hi, I know the course is to last a year, if it takes longer than a year to complete is this ok or is it strictly held to 12 months to complete?

Answer:

You can take longer than 12 months to complete, which is why we have payment plans of up to 18 months and even 24 months. We also offer a risk-free and step-wise way of gaining the qualification. Our other course titled, Manager Induction Standards for Health and Social Care, which costs only £12, and provides a synopsis of the qualification, and delivers essential Leadership & Management knowledge for care leaders and managers. Once you complete that course you can upgrade to the qualification.

Is the course available to a non- UK residents?

Answer:

No. There is a restriction on this qualification as set by the UK government department, Ofqual. We can't break that restriction. And we can't lie to you and say it is, just so that we can take your money, as that will be both illegal and unfair. However we will soon have a version of this learning programme that is not restricted and will be available to non-UK residents. Please check back on our profile in the next month to see the new courses we have that are suitable for non-UK residents.

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

Hi when does it start, and can the cost be lowered if you finish up early as I started this course an unfortunately didn’t get to complete it thanks

A learner starts when they pay the fees. The cost and fees include mandatory payments that will be made to the learner's Assessor, the IQA, the administrators, the learner's registration fee with the Awarding Body which includes fee for the EQA, cost of the user account on the learning management system, cost of the ePortfolio and assessment account, and other costs involved in delivering, assessing, quality-assuring and certificating the learner on completion. These fees cannot be lowered.

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.

This was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.
Margaret asked:

can u be a registered manager, or do you then have to complete level 5. Can i complete this course if I am just a carer?

Answer:

Yes you can complete this qualification if you are a care worker, not a manager.
