Answer:

If you have someone in the workplace who is level 5 qualified, they can act as expert witnesses. Otherwise, we will observe your remotely. This is usually through a zoom link and takes around 1 hour after you have completed the written assignments

You will need to completed all units which would usually take 12 to 18 months dependent on how much time you can spend on your qualification. There are 24 units to complete. Each requiring an assignment to be submitted as well as work products

Answer:

You will need to provide supportive evidence with your assignment and reflective accounts to evidence your competency. Therefore you will only need one observation completed once all assignments have been completed to conclude your qualification
