How the course is delivered

The Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership is delivered via a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) which provides access to case studies, learning materials and activities, presentations and web links. Online tutor support and guidance is provided throughout the course, where learners can interact with the tutors, get feedback on their progress and submit their work electronically. This helps you to build the relevant skills progressively, as you receive feedback and support from your tutor during this time. Who is this course for?

This qualification is designed for adult learners who want to progress into or within employment in a management and leadership role.

Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for learners undertaking this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a Level 4 qualification.

An appropriate level of skill in the English language. International learners will be required to have ILETS 5.5 or equivalent.

Learners may find it useful if they’re already employed in an associated professional or operational management role.
