The qualification has 25 units, comprising knowledge units, skills units, & combined knowledge & skills units, it takes you 18 to 25 months to complete everything. You start with the knowledge units & complete your assignments. Then move on to the knowledge parts of the combined units, & do the skills units last. By that time you would have moved on to a management job.

You can fast track & complete quickly, if assignments are up to the Level 5 standard & without cheating. The full qualification requires 800 hours to complete & learners who want to fast-track are asking us to complete 12-18 months work in a few months. Fast track means intensive work & overtime for us & we require the remaining fee to paid in full upfront.
