Personal Leadership

The course begins by covering the personal traits and characteristics of a strong leader, and how you can improve at each. This includes:

  • Recognising personal strengths and how to utilise them as a leader
  • Providing feedback in a constructive and valuable manner
  • Active listening and asking the right questions
  • Learning from your mistakes
  • Learning from others

Team Management

Managing a team effectively is hard work. Ensure you understand all the key elements of team management with this part of the course, including:
