14:00 – 15:30 Developing a High Performance Team (Motivating, Empowering, and Pushing your team to their ultimate performance, creating an environment, vision, strategy and supportive culture)

15:30 – 16:30 Measuring Team Success (Keeping the momentum going, developing team roles, team action plans, and understanding the changing team dynamics)
