Overview
Too much to do and not enough time to do it? Feel under pressure and have difficulty switching off? You don’t need me to tell you that the pace of work today can be relentless - and it doesn’t look like easing up anytime soon. Most of us can’t change these pressures to make our working life easier but we can definitely change our reactions to them and thereby reduce the amount of stress we suffer.
This workshop is packed with tips, techniques, and thought patterns to help you cope better with pressure at work. You know there is no magic formula but by making a few, seemingly, small changes you can learn to handle the pressure with ease, improve your performance, concentrate better and stay effective for longer.
The day is very practical and you will have several opportunities throughout the workshop to practice, live and on-the-spot, techniques that work. How do I know they work? Because I started using them and they turned my life around.
