NLP is based on two fundamental principles:

And it is not reality but rather what we have crafted in our mind about reality that empowers us or delimits our abilities.

Our bodies, our societies form ecology of complex systems which interact and mutually influence each other. It is virtually impossible to isolate any part of the system from the rest.
