Process Mapping is an essential tool in any Business Improvement activity. By mapping your processes you get a visual representation of your process, which can help you see it in a new light. Looking at you process laid out in front of you will help you identify where the areas of waste are, and what you can do to improve it.

This course covers eight different ways to map a process, and covers all of the tools, techniques and theory you need to master them.
