Description
This course acts as a comprehensive First Aid Training package for parents and child carers to provide the fundamental skills that could save a life. It includes step by step directions, flow charts, diagrams, videos and a short test yourself section to prepare you for everything from minor illnesses to emergency situations. You will gain confidence in your knowledge of first aid and understand the role of a paediatric first aider.
The course is brought to you by Emily Mottershead, Qualified Teacher, First Aid Trainer and Community First Aid Responder with The London Ambulance Service in conjunction with St Johns. She has over 15 years experience in the first aid industry and is incredibly passionate about teaching you the skills needed to keep people safe.
This course provides a comprehensive First aid package for parents and child carers to gain invaluable knowledge at their own time and pace. You will learn how to perform emergency first aid to a child and baby as well as treat minor injuries and illnesses. You will also be equipped with the skills required to identify signs and symptoms of various ailments.
