Understand the importance of play psychotherapy in helping 3 – 11 year-old-children, to express mental health challenges and to use play as a coping mechanism, to overcome emotional and physical trauma with this course, written by counselling professionals of many years standing.

Play Therapy has been accredited by ACCPH – The Professional Body for Coaches, Counsellors, Psychotherapists and clinical Hypnotherapists, as a level 3 learning program. Once you have completed the course plus the final exam, you will be able to join ACCPH as a professional member, and use the letters MACCPH after your name, to show clients that you are a Qualified Play Therapist, with professional standing. The course is taught by Iona Lister, a fully qualified and experienced counsellor and author. Once they have been completed you may elect to sit for a one and half hour exam in your own location. If you prefer not to take the exam you do have the option to undertake a project instead.
