How it works
The key topics for this course have been broken down into lessons, each lesson dealing with a specific area of the overall subject. Each one has clearly set learning outcomes and assessment criteria.
You can progress through the course at your own pace. If you need to leave the course, it will remember where you left off, so when you return there is no need to repeat steps. We often include external links, videos, webpages, downloads, which provide excellent resource files.
At the end of each lesson is a knowledge checkpoint, you will need to achieve more than 75% to pass the lesson, which then unlocks the following lesson. Upon completion of the final lesson your CPD certificate will be unlocked. You can save this as a PDF to your computer or simply print it off.

This was helpful. Can the skills gained apply to social work and does the course advise on how to be reflective?
Answer:Hi Anne Many thanks for your message. The course focusses on professional boundaries in a work setting including relationships with clients so yes, it can be applied to Social Work Practice although it is written from a general perspective not specifically a social work perspective. It does not cover reflective practice persae but does look at how behaviour can affect practice. I am happy to chat with you if you require. Many thanks
This was helpful. Is it internationally accredited?
Answer:It is CPD certified. CPD can vary by global location. Please google 'is CPD certified recognised outside of the UK?' for more detailed information. Kind Regards Sarah
