Carl Eden

Carl Eden, BA(hons), PGCE, AVCM is a musician, and educator. He has worked extensively as a media composer with a diverse range of clients which includes the BBC and ILR. 

Carl has over 30 years experience of teaching, both as a Head of Department in various secondary schools and as a teacher of piano. In addition to performing regularly as a keyboard player in various bands, Carl has also created many resources for electronic musicians as well as been a music course Standards Verifier for the exam board Edexcel.

Having left school teaching in 2015, he now works full time as a private piano teacher, teaching piano to a range of ages and abilities from beginner to diploma level.

Carl has been rated by OFSTED as an outstanding teacher and has a waiting list for private piano lessons. His excellent communication skills, wealth of subject knowledge and sense of humour ensure that all his teaching is both engaging and edifying.
