That could be processes, workflows, standards, Employee engagement, operational capacity, or their service levels, and helping them to dissect what they are doing and re-define what the expectations are, and train them how to manage and lead the change.

Combined Minds was established in 2019 by Chris Parker, who has over 20 years experience in Operations Management and Project Management roles for multi national organisations in sectors such as Retail, Wholesale, Warehouse, Logistics and Manufacturing. Chris is a qualified Business Mentor, Lean Practitioner, Leadership Trainer and Change Consultant.

Combined Minds don't just train Managers and Leaders to achieve a certificate, we actively support our clients beyond the initial training with workshops and additional Leadership, Management and team training and mentoring to help the candidates implement what they have learned and go on to build High Performing and autonomous teams.

We provide one to one Coaching and Mentoring support for Leaders and Managers who are wanting to improve their own skills or are looking for guidance in how they can improve the standards, culture and efficiency in their workplace.

We believe that the real learning comes after the course has been completed, and that supporting candidates to implement their new found knowledge is what makes us different.
