In our 7th Edition Foundation course, you will deepen your understanding of essential project management concepts and how they align with the PRINCE2® methodology. You will explore the seven principles that form the foundation of the PRINCE2® approach, emphasising the role of people in driving project success.
Our Foundation course also covers the specific practices and processes of PRINCE2®, teaching you their application at each project stage to enhance management effectiveness. By the end of this course, you'll be well-equipped to apply these methodologies practically, ensuring robust project execution and management.

Our PRINCE2® Practitioner online course provides a comprehensive understanding of the PRINCE2® methodology's principles, themes, and processes. You will learn to adeptly apply the core principles of PRINCE2 to real-world scenarios, ensuring a robust framework for managing projects. You will also gain insights into effective people management strategies for successful project delivery.
Additionally, the course equips you with the skills to apply and tailor the PRINCE2 practices and processes to suit specific project environments. This tailored approach will enhance your ability to lead projects efficiently and effectively, adhering to the latest industry standards.
PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam Details
You will need to take one open-book exam, scenario based. 68 questions in 2 hours 30 minutes. The pass mark is 38/68 (55%).
Open book: The Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2 publication, should be used (and you can make notes inside the book), but no other material is allowed.

All we ask is that you:
- Attend all class days and complete all assignments
- Take the exam within 30 days of completing your virtual classroom training

Please note: Students retaking the course are required to use any materials or books distributed to them in their original course session. Failure to provide these materials will result in the student being charged for replacement materials. Exam Pass Guarantee does not include the resit exam.
