The course has the following sections:

* Introduction, including an introduction to the course and the tutor

* What is resilience? including what is resilience, the characteristics of a resilient person and a review of how resilient you currently are.

* Resilience tools, tips & strategies, including a whole range of resilience tools, tips and strategies to help you be more resilient and build your resilience over time in your life and at work.

* Your resilience plan, including actions you are going to take to be more resilient and build your resilience over time.

* Summary, including a short summary of the course.

We have also included introductions and summaries throughout the course to help with learning. Please dip in and out of the lectures as you choose to suit your own personal preferences.

The course is in short bite sized lectures and you can see the detailed course content in the course curriculum.

Developing your own personalised resilience plan

There are also assignments to complete as you go through the course to develop your own personalised resilience plan. These include understanding how resilient you are, as well as actions you are going to take to be more resilient and build your resilience over time. You will need to allow additional time in addition to the duration of the videos to complete the assignments.
