We have five Stress Management courses available in this series that focus on:

- Stress management techniques
- Resiliency
- Balancing home and career
- Preventing job burnout
Each course averages 15 minutes to complete with a post assessment included for each course. The Application Activity forms will allow the participant to apply the learnings in their own scenario and environment.
Learning Outcomes:
On completion of this course/article candidates will be able to:
- Summarize the positive and negative influences of stress, explain how to turn stress into an energy that motivates success, summarize what you can do daily to combat stress, apply ten suggestions for balancing home and career, implement ways to support your immunity and well-being.
