This rewarding role involves providing essential support to SEN children within an 'unofficial' resource base, led by an experienced SEN teacher.

Position: 1-1 Teaching Assistant
Location: DE11
Contract: Full-time

Responsibilities:
* Working closely with an experienced SEN teacher to provide tailored support to SEN children within the 'unofficial' resource base
* Supporting children ranging from Reception to Year 2 within the Infant school setting
* Implementing individualized strategies to promote academic, social, and emotional development

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children.
* Understanding of SEN support strategies and techniques
* Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
