About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team on a long-term supply basis in Farnham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive primary school environment, helping to nurture and develop the potential of a child with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support for a primary school pupil with SEN.

Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials to meet the child's needs.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor and track the pupil's progress.

Promote the child's social and emotional development.

Support the child in both classroom and playground settings.

About You:

Previous experience working with children is essential.

Understanding of various SEN conditions and appropriate strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong, positive relationships with the pupil, staff, and parents.
