Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an engaging, enthusiastic, and professional Teaching Assistant to work in a PRU school in Lincoln as a 1:1 TA. The position will start02/09/2024. The school is a welcoming and supportive environment that aims to get the best from students. The duties and responsibilities for this role will involve:

  • Working closely with a pupil that has additional needs.
  • Use resources and techniques to engage the pupil with learning.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and Teacher on student's progress.
  • Uphold high expectations on behaviour, respect, and so on.

During your time at Tradewind Recruitment, we will support you by offering CPD Training through the National College which gives you access to over 2,000 courses! We will also provide you with your own consultant who deals with any needs you may have. They will also keep you updated on opportunities that match your skill set.

The rate for this role is £82.50 - £90 a day.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
