111 Clinical Advisor

Reed Health and Care are pleased to be recruiting 111 Clinical Advisors to work at call centres throughout the UK, with some home working options.

As a 111 clinical advisor you will provide comprehensive telephone triage using the NHS Pathways systems. You will be the first point of contact for patients, their relatives, healthcare professionals and other callers.

As a senior member of the team you will provide advice and support to Health Advisors and frontline operational colleagues.

You will facilitate the provision of accurate healthcare information, self-care/health improvement or referral to the appropriate level and location of care.

To work as a 111 Clinical Advisor you will need to have:

  • The Right to work in the UK 
  • Full Clear DBS
  • To be pathways trained and have worked on the 111 service in the last 6 months.
  • NMC or HCPC registered.
  • To have completed your CM2 module.
