Executive Assistant  

Location: Remote / Hybrid
Length: 9 Months
Rate: From £138.48 - £162.92 p/d PAYE
Hours: 9am-6pm

This client is a top 5 tech giant with a global retail operation, video streaming platform, and has a big imprint in web services. This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between home office and the clients offices in central London. On-site you will be able to access their amazing facilities and quirky working spaces.

Job Description: 
We are looking for a driven, bright, and motivated individual with a history of high performance to serve as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced organization. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills, the ability to plan ahead and to meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple critical requests.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with leaders is important, as is the ability to be flexible and change direction seamlessly. You’ll need to take effective action without having to know the total picture, and efficiently and proactively solve difficult or complex problems.

Key Job Responsibilities:

•       Complex calendar management and coordination of high-level internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
•       Coordination of detailed global travel itineraries and seamless meeting logistics such as video conferencing and audio calls for internal and external meetings
•       Expense reporting
•       Manage large event logistics (in-person and virtually) including catering, accommodations, and materials (e.g. All Hands events, management courses, team building activities, etc.)
•       Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items to include meeting notes and action items.
•       Point person for office IT/facilities support, supplies, expenses and billing.
•       Proactively identify and solve problems in a creative way

Basic Qualifications

•       1+ years of senior C-level leadership support
•       High school or equivalent diploma
•       Proficiency in both English and German
•       Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
•       Experience with executive level calendar and travel management
•       Experience in a fast-paced company
•       Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
•       Ability to quickly learn new technologies and programs
•       Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
•       Experience in television production an asset but not required
