1st Line Engineer

Are you an experienced 1st Line Engineer looking for an exciting new career opportunity? We are currently partnered with an IT services provider looking for a 1st Line Engineer to work within their infrastructure function. Day to day responsibilities include providing support over the phone to customers

This role would be on a shift basis Monday-Friday and would be hybrid working with 2 days WFH and the rest based in their St Ives office

Experience

  • Knowledge of Windows Server, networking and storage
  • Proven Customer Service Skills
