First Line Technical Helpdesk Consultant - This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with PAYROLL OR HR experience to join a helpdesk team andswering queries related to this HR and Payroll software.

This role would offer Hybrid working with two days required in the office

The first line support help desk software consultant will respond to customer requests for assistance in the resolution of customer queries. This involves supporting customers and colleagues.

Required Skills and Attributes

HR or Payroll experience

Demonstrate time management skills

·bility to be part of a multi-skilled team

· Microsoft knowledge

·Must have an excellent telephone manner

·Flexibility in responding to changing demands

·Demonstrate good level of PC keyboard/mouse skills

Hybrid working opportunity. 2 Days a week in the office.
