1st Line Support Engineer

- We are looking for a dedicated 1st Line Support Engineer to join our IT team in the Aberdeen region.
- As the first point of contact for technical support, you will handle initial troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, manage service requests, and escalate more complex problems to higher support levels.
- Key responsibilities include responding to helpdesk queries, maintaining IT documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and basic knowledge of IT systems and networks.
