What You'll Do:

  • Provide top-notch support for day-to-day IT issues.
  • Implement first-time fixes and manage support requests.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls.

Key Qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills and a great phone manner.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • Passionate about IT and technology with a strong customer service focus

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Networking.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices and Windows 10.
  • Ability to troubleshoot various IT setups.
  • Understanding of Telecoms, Mobile, and VoIP connectivity.
