We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work within the Technology Function of a prestigious logistics client, focusing on a large-scale transformation programme. This role is crucial for driving technical change, particularly in areas of Data Migration, Analytics, and Reporting within S/4HANA environments.
Day-to-day of the role:- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the SAP S/4HANA Finance Module to meet business needs.
- Define requirements for change as part of the ERP transformation, ensuring alignment with business benefits and assuring quality delivery & testing of the requirements.
- Deliver Business Analysis within large-scale technology projects, implementing changes into multiple and integrated systems affecting multiple business stakeholders.
- Work closely with financial processes and SAP S/4HANA Finance module functionality, including Financial Analytics and Reporting.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers, presenting complex business requirements in an understandable manner.
- Use business analysis tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Jira to manage and document project progress.
- Significant experience in Business Analysis within large-scale technology projects.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP S/4HANA Finance module functionality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and experienced in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Demonstrated persistence and drive to maintain progress and resolve issues.
- Effective stakeholder and people management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, solution-focused, and highly collaborative.
- Customer-centric focus to deliver value efficiently.
- Strong requirements management skills, typically delivered in a Waterfall framework.
