One of our long-standing clients is now looking to take on a graduate that is looking for a career within Private Client Wealth Management with the long term aim of training to becoming a professional financial advisor. They provide advice to private individuals on a range of products, from investments, pensions, protection, wills, trust and estate planning. This is a very dynamic industry, providing much needed support and guidance to private individuals, to help them make the most of their assets and provide truly holistic financial planning support. The industry is highly regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and firms have to abide by their exacting standards and guidelines. Our client can offer the successful applicant a structured training program, that will introduce them to the complex but very interesting Financial Admin support role, that will give you exposure to technical Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and their clients.

If you are looking for a role that is heavily people orientated, where you can add much needed professional support to individuals and their families, then this would be an excellent opportunity for you. Our client will provide you with excellent hands-on training and mentoring, with the opportunity to progress into a more technical role at a point in the future and start studying for professional qualifications.

About you:

• You may have recently completed your degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Banking or a degree in a subject relevant to financial services
• You will have demonstrable interest in developing a career in private wealth management
• Live within commutable distance of Reading, Berkshire
