We are looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd Line Engineer to join one of our clients in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career in IT at a top MSP.

The candidate must have experience working for an MSP and also strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a client base across the UK on a range of IT Support issues
  • Providing technical support for desktop and infrastructure
  • Assist the ServiceDesk Management team.
  • Ensuring completion of tickets and ticket prioritising

Requirements:

  • Experience working for a MSP
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup / recovery
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Modern work such as Microsoft Intune and MA
  • Windows OS
  • Office 365
  • Windows server
  • Firewalls
  • Hyper-V & VMware
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Backup Technologies
