Amazing New Role!!!

My client is looking for an experienced and ambitious 2nd Line Support Engineer to join my clients IT team. As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.

*MUST HAVE MSP EXPERIENCE*

*Extensive Cloud knowlege needed*

Skills required-

  • Windows Desktop (7,8.1,10,11)
  • Experience of software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
  • Extensive knowledge of Cloud storage solutions, OneDrive, SharePoint, DropBox, etc...
  • Advanced Windows 10 Desktop Administration
  • Application and OS deployment
  • Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, Hyper V)
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot issues

You need to have experience working in an MSP environment as well as client visits 1 every 2 weeks.
