2nd Line Engineer

We are currently searching for a Senior 2nd Line Engineer with scope to step up into a 3rd Line role in the near future, working for a highly reputable and growing IT Managed Service Provider in Maidstone. If you are already 3rd Line level but will consider a move, please still apply.

The organisation are growing and are seeing a constant increase in new customers along with exciting growth plans from existing customers, leading to a very health pipeline of project work and general support services.

Key Requirements:
* Provide remote and on-site support for customers across the Southeast.
* Background in 2nd or 3rd Line Support, in a Managed Services/consultancy environment.
* Driving License.
* Skillset in Microsoft technologies and others including: M365, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Windows Server, SQL Server, Hyper-V, VMWare, Azure, AWS, EndPoint protection technologies, Firewalls, VPN etc.
