Leading North West IT Solutions Provider (MSP) looking to expand their IT infrastructure team, to support their well established baseline customers. You will be First Line Defence in providing high quality customer services.

You'll need experience in…

  • Resolving customer issues via a ticketing system
  • Working to SLAs
  • Networking and network devices such as Cisco and HP
  • Switching, routing, firewalls - preferably Cisco Meraki
  • Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022
  • Windows 11/10/8.1/7
  • Office 365
  • VMware (desirable)
  • TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPNs
